RETURNING STUDENTS must verify and update all Registration forms each year including the permissions page and meal application. ParentPortal: https://estigers.powerschool.com/public/


NEW STUDENTS must complete a Records Request, School Registration forms, meal application and provide immunizations, proof of residency and birth certificate electronically or delivered to your school office. https://estigers.powerschool.com/public/formbuilder/form.html?formid=5300594



What information do I need to fill out the form?

In order to save time, it is important to gather required documents that will be needed for registration and ensure you have access to update your student's medical and personal information. Information you will be asked for includes the following: 

  • Previous school informationNames, addresses, and contact information (including phone number and fax number) for the last previous school outside of the school district your student has attended, if any.
  • Updated medical informationincluding names and contact information of doctors, last exam dates, and insurance or Medicaid information.
  • Updated contact informationincluding the names, addresses, and contact numbers of people you want the district to have as contacts for your student.


You will have the option to upload an electronic copy of the following documents during the online registration process. However, you may still be asked to provide a hard copy of some of these to the building for review.

  • Proof of residency (2), such as a lease agreement or utility bill showing the student lives in the schools attendance area

  • Immunization records

  •  Birth certificate

 

Lunch Accounts & Device Insurance:

*Meals are no longer free* Please complete the Meal Application form during enrollment or you can print and return the attached form. 2023-24 Meal Application

Device Insurance is $20.00 can be paid in ParentPortal by clicking ‘balance’ on the left side of the ParentPortal menu (the same location where lunch money can be added)

Enrollment FAQ’s:

  • Who do I contact with enrollment questions? Parents should contact individual buildings with questions regarding enrollment.

  • How do I get support if I have forgotten my ParentPortal Login? You will need to contact your individual school building to have your password reset.

  • Do I need to enroll my incoming Kindergartner? If you completed Kindergarten screening, you will need to update and verify your information. If you did not complete screening, you will need to proceed with the New Student Enrollment.

  • When is the Enrollment Deadline? Enrollment should be completed prior to attending Open House.
